I offer individual psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over in both English and French.
If you are looking for ongoing therapy, I begin with a free 20-minute consultation call, followed by an initial consultation. If we decide to work together, we will agree a therapeutic contract for an initial block of 12 sessions, providing a structured framework to explore your difficulties and work towards meaningful change.
If you are looking for support with a specific issue, I also offer Single Session Therapy, a 70-minute focused session designed to help you gain clarity, explore options, or move forward with a particular challenge.
I also offer a limited number of online concessionary places. These are available in two blocks of 10 sessions at a reduced fee of £45 per session.

Yes, I offer single-session therapy in the form of a longer, extended session. This can be helpful if you want focused support around a specific issue, a decision, or a moment of difficulty. The session offers space for reflection, clarity, and practical grounding. Some people choose this as a one-off, while others use it as a starting point.

You can get started by booking an initial consultation. This first session is a gentle space to talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy and to see how it feels to work together. You are welcome to ask questions and take your time deciding. If it feels right, we can then agree on ongoing sessions.

I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we work collaboratively and at your pace. Alongside talking, I may use creative tools such as cards, objects, or drawing to help explore what can be hard to put into words. I also integrate breathing and self-regulation techniques to support nervous system awareness and emotional safety. These approaches are always optional and guided by what feels right for you.
